What follows below are the types of contacts available with Dr. Green and the cost of each.  (Note: The discounted rates below are available for on-line scheduling only)  Using this page will allow you to schedule your appointments easily and efficiently.  Once you select the appointment that meets your needs and pre-pay with your secure credit card, you will receive an email acknowledging your appointment.  Then, be sure to contact Dr. Green to schedule the actual time and day of your appointment.  Call these numbers:  845-226-2356 (for East Fishkill appointments) or  914-475-5030 (For Chappaqua appointments).  If you have any questions, prior to making a selection below, you may contact Dr. Green first at either of the above numbers.

Individual Consultations

One 45 Minute Session (Once Weekly) - $225
One Month or four Individual Sessions - $675  Only $169./wk or a 25% Savings!  NOTE: After Insurance Reimbursement...Savings of over 40%!!

Telephone Consultations

One 45 Minute Weekly Phone Session  -  $225

Email Consultations

30 Minute Email Consult - $155

Group Consultations 

(Available as "Empowerment" Groups and "Teleseminars"-- View this section)  

Note: Any "Individual" Consultation may be canceled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled time, by calling the office Monday through Friday, but not by email. Any consultation canceled inside of 48 hours for any reason will be charged. However, a canceled session may be rescheduled for no additional charge if done so within 24 hours of the time at which it was canceled. Pre-paid "Monthly" Consultations may only be rescheduled; not canceled.
