General Information

Consultations may be arranged In-Person, by Telephone or (coming soon) through E-mail. 

Regardless of the type of consultation you prefer, your first contact with Dr. Green is a phone inquiry. You may introduce what it is you desire, and through discussion, a recommendation will be made for the type of appointment that best suits your needs.  

You may wish or be advised to schedule an In-Person, Individual Appointment with Dr. Green. Or the initial phone inquiry may reveal that it would be beneficial for you to meet with Dr. Green in a Group setting, where there are others who desire a similar outcome. In the latter instance, you will be advised of a Group Session in which you can enroll. 

If it is impractical for you to travel to meet Dr. Green from your current location; or if time or weather become a challenge, a Telephone Consultation can be arranged for you. And in the near future, in addition to either In-Person or Telephone, you may arrange at your convenience to consult on one or more topics by E-mail.

How Do I Schedule an Appointment?

• Call Dr. Green at: 845-226-2356 to discuss the type of appointment, and reserve a date and time for your appointment.

• Click "Schedule Appointment" at the top of the sidebar to the left. Another page will open displaying the types of services available. Select the service(s) in which you are registering and click to purchase with credit card.
(Please note: The fee schedule represents the "default" rates. In rare cases of financial difficulties, the fees are negotiable).

• Dr. Green will send a personal e-mail confirming the time and date of your appointment.

• Fill out the shopping cart information. If you are purchasing a service the "Same as billing information" box should be checked. You will receive a receipt in your e-mail.

• After calling Dr. Green, click the type of service you are purchasing. In the rare case of a negotiated fee, the charge to your card will be in that amount.
